THIS PASSENGER STATION IS PART OF THE UNIQUE FRANK FURNESS-DESIGNED VICTORIAN COMPLEX OF THE 1805 WILMINGTON TRAIN STATION AND THE 1804 PENNSYLVANIA OFFICE BUILDING. THE FIRST FLOOR LEVEL WAS RAISED TWO FEET TO GIVE THE BUILDING A PROPER SETTING WITHIN THE NEW ROAD CONFIGURATION.

 THE INTERIOR WAS COMPLETED AS AN ING DIRECT BANKING LOCATION AND INCLUDES WORKSTATIONS AND CONFERENCE AREAS. STATION MASTER TICKET WINDOW, THE FIRST FLOOR LADIES WAITING ROOM, AND VICTORIAN FIREPLACES WITH TILE HEARTHS AT EACH END OF THE BUILDING WERE PRESERVED DURING THE RENOVATION.
