AIG Real Estate approached Tevebaugh to perform a full redesign and rebranding of the common area spaces at 600 North King Street in Wilmington, Delaware.
The aesthetics of the architectural interior renovations were designed to improve marketability of the property, increasing the occupancy rate, and bringing in Class-A
tenants into a previously underutilized and dated building.
The exterior improvements included a cohesive facade update that complimented a new monumental sign at the property frontage at North King Street, increasing visibility and wayfinding, directing visitors toward the property’s new front entrance.
