This 38,000-square foot vocational training center is situated on a 2-acre sloping site in downtown Wilmington. The center provides a core training program in culinary arts, business, computer, and medical and residential maintenance/repairs. The building features a full commercial kitchen and culinary arts classroom, as well as a full-service cafeteria serving two meals a day. The cafe/dining area takes advantage of the view of downtown Wilmington. The maintenance training wing is located on the upper level to accommodate high bay space and service delivery.
