Chesapeake Utilities recently occupied +/- 13,000 sqft of office space at 100 Commerce Drive in Newark, Delaware. Tevebaugh Architecture provided space planning, fit-out design, and furniture coordination for several divisions of Chesapeake Utilities.
The space includes open work areas, offices, conference rooms, and a trading area. The location provides close access to Delaware Route 1 and Interstate 95.
