RESPONSIBILITIES

Support studio team members in a fast-paced collaborative studio environment for projects of all scales and complexities.

Providing leadership and guidance to teams of designers, consultants, and owners, by successfully producing and coordinating all phases of projects.

Serving as an inspirational mentor to less experienced team members.

Achieving efficient and cost effective solutions for assigned projects.

Successful execution of work in support of assigned project budgets, schedules, and programs to achieve maximum client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Self-motivated and energetic design professional who possesses a strong desire to exceed expectations
-
Broad experience in commercial construction as part of a multi-disciplinary team
-
Proficient time management, scheduling, and budgeting to meet critical short-term, mid-term, and long-term project goals.

Architectural Registration Preferred, but not required
-
Advanced knowledge of Revit in a worksharing environment

Ability to successfully utilize the following programs in the execution of daily efforts: Windows 10+; Bluebeam; Revit 2020+; Autocad 2020+; Microsoft Office and Excel; Adobe In-Design and Photoshop.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Consistent desire to learn in a fast-paced, complex design- and construction-related career.

Ability to research solutions independently, and ask for assistance and guidance when solutions are not independently achievable.

Ability to work effectively with our team members, consultants, and clients in pursuit of project goals.

Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 50 lbs

Ability to safely navigate active construction sites in inclement weather conditions

The ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule in order to attend work-related meetings and events as needed to support project goals.
