The Tevebaugh Architecture design studio is a team of uniquely talented design professionals who are passionately driven to be leaders in the field of design and construction. If you enjoy applying your experience to a variety of challenges, developing innovative solutions, and constantly learning within a collaborative team environment, we are currently accepting applications for recent graduates who are looking for opportunities for a career with the following description.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support of a Principal-In-Charge and/or Project Manager for projects of all scales and complexities.

Successfully produce and coordinate all phases of projects.

Achieve efficient and cost effective solutions for assigned projects.

Successful execution of work in support of assigned project budgets, schedules, and programs to achieve maximum client satisfaction.

Successfully contribute to a collaborative studio environment, providing consistent results in support of fellow studio members, project goals, and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Self-motivated and energetic design professional who possesses a strong desire to exceed expectations
-
Experience in commercial design and construction as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Proficient time management, scheduling, and budgeting to meet critical short-term, mid-term, and long-term project goals.

Bachelors or Masters in Architecture

Desire to achieve Architectural Registration preferred, but not required

Knowledge of Revit in a worksharing environment
-
Ability to successfully utilize the following programs in the execution of daily efforts: Windows 10+; Bluebeam; Revit 2020+; Autocad 2020+; Microsoft Office and Excel; Adobe In-Design and Photoshop.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Consistent desire to learn in a fast-paced, complex design- and construction-related career.

Ability to research solutions independently, and ask for assistance and guidance when solutions are not independently achievable.

Ability to work effectively with our team members, consultants, and clients in pursuit of project goals.

Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 50 lbs

Ability to safely navigate active construction sites in inclement weather conditions

The ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule in order to attend work-related meetings and events as needed to support project goals.
