Tevebaugh Architecture’s latest hospitality project, the extended stay Marriott Residence Inn is now complete and serving guests. The 111 room 4 story hotel features a variety of amenities including an indoor pool, fitness room, business center, meeting room, bar, and breakfast buffet.

The Residence Inn brand is identified by an L shaped plan which forms around a welcoming main lobby with 15′ ceilings and angled clerestory windows. The exterior features sloped roofs, lap siding, stone veneer and a mix of massing elements and colors that give character to the 4 story hotel. The sloped ceilings are also expressed in the indoor pool, which includes a hot tub.

The site includes a basketball / play court and an outdoor patio with a gas lit stone fire place. The opening of the hotel was greatly anticipated by guests as 100% occupancy was achieved on the first weekend.
Tevebaugh Architecture looks forward to continuing to build upon it’s established hospitality portfolio, which already includes a Candlewood Suites (Newark, DE), Home2 Suites (Newark, NJ), and Hyatt Place (Wilmington, DE).
