The Christiana Care Health Services 40,000 sqft Eugene du Pont Preventative Medicine and Rehabilitation Institute at Pelleport was constructed in the 1950s and was last renovated in the 1990s. This project includes complete mechanical system upgrades and reconfiguration of the interior to accommodate new practices.
The fit-out includes suites for OBGYN, physical therapy, cardiac, cardiac rehab, family practice, nutrition, and behavioral health. Tevebaugh Architecture provided space planning and fit-out design for multiple users in this stately medical building.
