A special thank you to Mayor Mike Purzycki who spent his morning with students of the Delaware Chapter, ACE Mentoring Program. Students shared affordable housing development concepts using re-purposed shipping containers for the Wilmington Riverfront. The presentations were the culmination of a year long collaborative effort working in groups with mentors from local businesses in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE).
The Christiana Care Health Services 40,000 sqft Eugene du Pont Preventative Medicine and Rehabilitation Institute at Pelleport was constructed in the 1950s and was last renovated in the 1990s. This project includes complete mechanical system upgrades and reconfiguration of the interior to accommodate new practices.
