Situated at the intersection of two thoroughfares in the midst of several major redevelopment projects, the existing Bees Ferry Shopping Center was a prime candidate for a new pad site expansion. The 3,000 SF pad site was designed with flexibility in mind. The developer had the option of sub-dividing into two individual tenants, or one larger single-tenant occupancy without the need for redesign.
The renderings were utilized for both design coordination and visualization, as well as to market the project to prospective tenants.
