Sharp Energy approached Tevebaugh Architecture to design a new facility for their regional operations in Dover, Delaware. The phased project recently broke ground and the new building is slated for occupancy late summer 2018. Substantial completion of the final phase of the project will follow later this year.
As one of the largest propane companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, the new facility needed to accommodate a wide range of services. These services include retail propane sales, distribution and management of tanks, maintenance services, as well as a full-service propane autogas filling station for local customers with propane powered motor vehicles.
