The six story Candlewood Suites is a 60,000 SF, 101 Room hotel in Newark, Delaware was designed to fit on a narrow site.

The site anchors one end of the hospitality campus located just off of interstate I-95. Tevebaugh Architecture managed the building layout, production of the construction documents, consultants and construction administration. The project involved redesigning neighboring sites for shared curb cuts, parking and stormwater management.
