The Christiana Care Health Services 40,000 sqft Pelleport Medical Office Building was constructed in the 1950’s and was last renovated in the 1990s.
This project required a complete mechanical system upgrade and reconfiguration of the interior spaces in order to accommodate new Practices. The Fit-out includes suites for OB/GYN, physical therapy, cardiac, cardiac rehab, family practice, nutrition, and behavioral health.
