This Marriott brand project features a four-story, 111 room Residence Inn.  The new 80,000SF building is strategically located near the Pennsylvania Turnpike to provide proximate service to both the King of Prussia and Philadelphia hospitality markets.

The full-service hotel features customized Residence Inn amenities, as well as brand standard design features including dynamic multifaceted facade articulation.  The architectural pallet and features emphasize a residential feel and welcoming nature.  Tevebaugh Architecture managed the production of the construction documents, consultants and construction administration.
