The timeless architecture of 802 Delaware Avenue arrived on the Wilmington skyline in 1986. A 250,000 SF, 14 story Class A Office Building envisioned for Chase Manhattan Bank is one of two buildings designed by Tevebaugh for developer Delle Donne and Associates for the benefit of Chase Manhattan Bank. At the original time of construction, the Bank’s operations and fitout includes a computer operations center, executive suites, a 280 seat, full-service food facilities, and a garden courtyard cafe.
Additionally, the first five floors of the building seamlessly integrate a 500-vehicle parking garage within the architecture.
The building has maintained its prominence in Wilmington over the course of 35+ years, providing Class-A space for subsequent tenants ING Direct and Capital One.
