Originally constructed in 1984, the iconic 600 North King Street is a 10 story, 180,000 SF feature of the Wilmington skyline. Tevebaugh worked closely with building owner AIG Real Estate to restore the building envelope, renovate the shell and core spaces, and provide a new front entrance addition on the building that was worthy of the target market Class-A office tenants.
The interior and exterior renovations include: a new two-story glass atrium entry; fully-renovated lobby; new exterior metal facade panels; new elevators; complete HVAC upgrades; landscaped plaza, site lighting improvements; and a new fitness center. Tevebaugh continued to support the leasing brokers and prospective tenants after completion of the fit-out project by performing test fits and BOMA analyses for future fit-outs.
