This 157,000 square foot, six-story regional headquarters building is located adjacent to the Christina River in Wilmington, Delaware. Situated in the historic shipbuilding district of the riverfront, this red brick and green curtain wall building is designed to give the impression that the building has gone through a series of expansions and additions.

Design features of this contemporary building include a two-story portico entrance, nine-foot-high windows, rooftop and balcony terraces, a riverside terrace, and a two-story lobby. The site plan accommodates a landscaped pedestrian walk that connects the adjacent street to the popular riverfront walk.
